Photographer: No Apparent Aesthetic Value

Photographying birdsAccording to PDN Pulse http://pdnpulse.com/2011/08/cops-stop-photogs-over-subjects-of-no-apparent-esthetic-value.html . the cops in Florida now decide if your photos have an “apparent aesthetic value”, and will stop you if they decide that what you want to photograph is of “no aesthetic value.”I like this photo because of the contrast between the photographer and the “industrial landscape” in the background. He's too busy looking for an American Kestrel (I think). Ever since I was a kid, I've always liked industrial landscape.Luckily, I live in Canada where I can take photos of “no apparent aesthetic value” because I like this photograph.reifel-20110108-7641.jpg — Copyright © 2011 Syv Ritch: http://www.foto-biz.com/usageterms
