Installing Lightroom 3

Now it's more than a month that Lightroom 3 is out. People are starting to upgrade from Lightroom 2.x to Lightroom 3. I've already had the question a couple of times:

Should I install Lightroom 3 fresh or should I upgrade my Lightroom 2?

1. You need to know that Lightroom 2 and Lightroom 3 can be on the same computer.
2. You need to know that Lightroom 2 and Lightroom 3 can run on the same computer at the same time.
3. You need to know that Lightroom 2 and Lightroom 3 cannot access the same catalog.
4. You need to know that Lightroom 3 cannot open a Lightroom 2 catalog. Lightroom 3 can only convert a LR2 catalog to LR3.
5. You need to know that Lightroom 2 cannot open a Lightroom 3 catalog.
