Lightroom — How to Remove Keywords From Many Photos
You forgot to change the keywords from the last Lightroom import, and have now imported hundred of photos into Lightroom with the wrong keywords. How do you remove the keywords from these hundred of photos?
- Select all the photos that you want the keywords removed1.
- Switch or make sure that you are in the Library Grid view.
- Click on Sync Metadata.
- Click on Check None.
- Checkmark the Keywords, at the bottom, and make sure that the keyword box is empty.
- Click on Synchronize.

- What's the metadata? It's data that describes the data in the rest of the file.
