Are You A Yes Man Or A No Man
When somebody ask you for something do you say:
No, it can't be done!
or
Yes, let me think about it on how we could do it.
If somebody tries to cut on the expenses what do you say?
No, I can't do it!
or
If we do it this way, it won't turn out the way you want.
The "yes man" is the one with all the repeat customers. The "no man" has to struggle to keep getting brand new customers.
