What am I missing? Here's my costing:

  • The lowest price for the actual printing: $2.25 and that's not custom printed.
  • Large envelope, cardboard...: at least $3
  • Shipping USPS: depending on the weight of the cardboard from $2.28 to $3.28
  • PayPal transaction fee: $0.50 or money order: from $0.30 to $1.10

So his cost is between: $7.83 to $9.63. I'm sure, he can make his money back on volume. Luckily for him, he doesn't seem to have many customers.
