Corrupt "Techie"

Last week I received a phone call from my largest customer.

Him — Can you give us again the photos for the Charlotte contract?
Me — I'll get you all the photos by the end of the week. Would that be OK? I'm finishing a photo shoot tomorrow.
Him — Great.

  1. I didn't ask any question as why.
  2. They bought a 2 year license on the Charlotte contract with a little more than one year left on that license. So I assumed that they lost the photos through either a computer crash, an accidental deletion,...
  3. Thursday morning, I dropped a brand new DVD with their photos and explained that there would be no extra charge.

As we spoke it turned out that their problem was with their "Techie". They parted ways but not in a good way. The "Techie" corrupted, deleted and messed up their servers. So I offered, for free, to give again a copy of all their photos for the last 2 years, without John asking. Why? Because I sell service, they already have other problems, I don't have to add to their problems. Anything I can do to reduce their problems the better.

I don't sell photos. I sell:
