If a buyer is looking for the highest quality, she will not start by looking for the lowest prices. The higher the prices you charge, the higher the perception of quality of your work.
Some people are more sensitive to prices than others.

What's your budget?
She will tell you, then you can judge if your pricing can be in that range. Often her budget will be more than you were guessing.
You can always charge more than her budget if you can justify it and it makes sense to HER.
